Who operates Caps

Caps Money Manager is operated by NoozyTech for personal finance tracking. This policy names the app and operator clearly so users, app stores, and reviewers can identify which product the policy covers.

How data is used

Caps uses app data to provide personal finance tracking, local-first app behavior, cloud backup and sync when enabled, authentication, subscription entitlement checks, support, security, fraud prevention, and required operational monitoring. Caps does not use your financial records as an advertising product.

Third-party services

Caps uses Supabase for authentication, backend functions, and database storage; PowerSync for local-first sync; RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for Caps Pro purchase and entitlement state; Resend for account deletion verification email; and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection on the public deletion form.

Account and data deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account inside Caps from Profile, Danger Zone, Delete account and cloud data. Users who cannot access the app can use the public deletion page.

Open account deletion page

  • Supabase Auth account, profile, workspaces, accounts, transactions, budgets, loans, user-owned categories, selected people, and notification rows associated with the verified Caps account.
  • RevenueCat webhook receipts are retained only where needed for billing, fraud prevention, replay protection, support audit, legal, tax, backup, or dispute-resolution reasons, and direct user linkage is redacted where the backend supports it.
  • Google Play purchase history is controlled by Google Play and is not removed from your Google account by Caps.
