Delete your Caps account and cloud data

Use this page if you uninstalled the app, changed devices, or cannot access the in-app Profile deletion flow.

Step 1

Enter the email address used for your Caps account.

Step 2

Complete the security check so automated spam cannot abuse the form.

Step 3

Open the confirmation email and type the final deletion phrase.

Step 4

Caps deletes the verified account and associated cloud data, except records retained for legitimate billing, security, legal, tax, backup, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Request a confirmation email

This form does not delete immediately. It sends a secure email link first, because a public form alone cannot prove that the requester owns the account email.

Opening the email link is still not enough to delete. The confirmation page requires the exact phrase DELETE MY CAPS ACCOUNT.
